With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Jonathan Carl Whaley of Sweetwater, Tennessee, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on December 12, 2024 at the age of 43. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Alvin Whaley Jr.; and his brother-in-law Todd McElyea. He is survived by: his wife Danielle; his children, Logan, Avery, Lukas and Aubry; his mother Linda W Whaley; his siblings, Kim Simpson (Chuck), Christy Morgan (Mike) and Jason Whaley; his parents-in-law, Gerald and Sandy Gallison; his sister-in-law Melissa Smith; his nieces and nephews, Colton, Cayde Simpson, Landon McElyea, Brady Whaley, Loyd Harrod, Kendall, Kenzie McElyea, Chartanya Whaley, Cambrynn Simpson and Rachel Harrod; and his close friend Eddie Summitt.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made to benefit his children.
