He was predeceased by: his parents, Herbert Risher and Hazel Risher; his brothers, Vernon Risher and Warren Risher; and his son Wayne Sheppard.
He is survived by: his wife Ann Risher; his son Adam Risher (Teri); his stepchildren, Eddie Lee, Jennifer Smith (Marty) and Angie Thompson; his grandchildren, Samantha Risher, John Paxton, Conner Paxton, Brody Paxton, Ashley Baker, Chris Baker, Nichole Thompson, Briceton Walker, Michael Sheppard and Tyler Sheppard; and his brothers, H. B. Risher (Sheila) and Ronnie Risher (Cheryl). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
