He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lindsey and Alma Lindsey; and his brother Freddy Lindsey. He is survived by: his wife Sandra Sheppard Lindsey; his sons, Tony Burnette (Tyra), Bryan Lindsey (Leslie) and Henry Britton; his grandchildren, Sidney Burnette, Emily Flachbart (Cody), Alexis Hoover (Jeb), Christen Talley (Joe), Joshua Lindsey (Breanna), Taylor Lindsey, Eli Lindsey, Elliott Lindsey, Kaylen Gonzalez (Tony) and Maggie Lindsey; and his siblings, Arthur Lee Lindsey and Patsy Stickrod (Phil). He is also survived by 10 great-grandchildren, several nieces, nephews.
Visitation was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Loudon Funeral Home (2048 Mulberry St, Loudon, TN 37774). A funeral service was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Saturday, December 28th 2024 at the Loudon County Memorial Gardens (6505 US-11, Lenoir City, TN 37771).
