He was predeceased by: his father Jerry Lynn Simmons, Sr.. He is survived by: his wife Kendra Simmons; his mother Ruth Ann Simmons; his children, Kayla Conner, Eric Simmons (Mackenzie), Roger Lynn Simmons, Hunter Conner and Trevor Conner; his sisters, Teresa Wampler (Rob) and Tina Adkins (Wade); his siblings-in-law, Rachel Wattenbarger, Marla Atkins (Rick) and Nathan Millsaps (Shannon); and his cousin Andy Hayes. He is also survived by grandchildren, nieces, nephews, and extended family.
