She was predeceased by: her parents, John Frank and Jane Bart Cranfield Mullins; and her siblings, Judy Haney, Mary Jane Thomas and Everette Mullins.
She is survived by: her children, Billy Moore (Angie) of Decatur, Dekota Moore of Decatur and Jamie Shell of Decatur; her siblings, Bill Mullins of Urbana, IL, Elizabeth Couch of Decatur and Gevenieve Branham of Ten Mile; her grandchildren, Austin Moore, Joshlyn Shell, Kaylie Moore, Jayln Shell and Jonica Shell; and her close friend Peto Cortes. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and other extended family.
