She is survived by: her children, Annette Maxwell of Sweetwater and Norman Evans; her daughter-in-law Shawna Carmley; and her grandchildren, Crystal Evans of Madisonville, Joshua Evans of Madisonville, Caleb Evans of Madisonville, Allen Evans of Madisonville, Brandy Chapman of Madisonville, Brandon Isbill of Madisonville and Jasmine Maxwell of Sweetwater. She is also survived by 9 great grandchildren.
