He was predeceased by: his wife Louvinnia Middleton Causey (Tinie); his mother Faye Causey; and his sister Regina Causey. He is survived by: his daughters, Veronica Furgerson (Billy Wayne) of Sweetwater, TN, Sherri Ahlstrom (Eric "Wood") of Sweetwater, TN and Terri Goodman (Kenny) of Sweetwater, TN; his sisters, Sheila Smith, Rita Hamlin (Tommy) and Sandra Sizemore (Gordon); his grandchildren, Jamie Goodman, Leif Ahlstrom, Kailee Ahlstrom, Alayhna Goodman, Megan Baird and Bryson Furgerson; and his great grandchildren, Waylon and Barrett Wirth.
Per mandates set by the Governor of Kentucky, some type of face covering and social distancing be maintained at all indoor services.
