He was predeceased by: his parents, Gladys Miller and James Eli Miller, Sr.; and his stepmother Trudy Maier Miller. He is survived by: his siblings, Ray Miller, Gene Miller, Charles Miller, Lewis Sweet, Roy Sweet and Maria Jones; his children-in-law, Roger Earl, Gary Kirkland and Lisa Miller; his wife Mary Lee Miller; his children, Kathy Earl of Sweetwater, TN and Tommy Miller of Sweetwater, TN.; and his sister Reni Riden of Crossville, TN.. He is also survived by Twelve grandchildren.
