He was predeceased by: his parents, Murray Moskowitz and Goldie Moskowitz; and his uncle Sammy Levine. He is survived by: his wife Susan Moskowitz; his sons, Matthew Moskowitz and Jack Russell; his daughter-in-law Brooke Moskowitz; his granddaughter Luna Moskowitz; his sister-in-law Cathleen McGinnis; his nephews, Michael Scott and Nathan Scott; his niece Amanda Richter; his great-nephew Declan Richter; and his cousins, Paul, Marsha, Sharon, Larry, Mel, Bonnie, Brenda, Arlene, Cheryl and Shimon.
