He is survived by: his wife Sherry Stubbs (Sweetwater); his children, Phil Matheson (Deborah) and Phyllis Proffitt (Keith) of Oakdale; his grandchildren, Shanna, Dakota, Sherry Lynn Matheson, Shera Cox Proffitt and Faith Wyatt Proffitt; his great grandchildren, Lamar and Lance; his sister Amy (Mike Ledford); his niece Mikala; his mother-in-law Lois Grayson; and his brothers-in-law, Danny, David (Laurie) and Terry Grayson (Tammy).
