He was predeceased by: his spouse Willie Frances Latham; his sons, Hugh'Richie'Latham Jr. and Curtis McCowan; his parents, Hugh'Dude' Latham and Helena Jane Brown Latham; his grandparents, Lafatte, Zora Brown, Hugh and Beulah Latham; and his siblings, Teresa Black, Mary Glynn Asbury, Tommy Latham and James Latham.
He is survived by: his children, Randy McCowan of Sweetwater, TN, Roxie Lane (Elder James) of Sweetwater, TN, Shelia Jackson (Perry) of Sweetwater, TN and Christie Latham of Athens, TN.; and his sisters, Pat McClendon (Elder Jay) of Sweetwater, TN, Jackie Latham of Sweetwater, TN and Mary Swafford (Elder Paul) of Athens, TN.. He is also survived by grandchildren, great-grandchildren, and great-great-grandchildren, as well as lots of nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
