He is survived by: his children, Homer Millsaps of Sweetwater, Deborah Fowler (John) of Benton, Lisa Stiles (Michael) of Etowah, Nancy Brakefield of Rochester, Patricia Fletcher of Etowah and Carolyn Bingham (Grady) of Sweetwater; and his siblings, Rev. Harrill Millsaps (Marsha) of Charleston, Junior Millsaps (Mary Etta) of Vonore, Stanley Millsaps (Janie) of Cleveland, Virgie Eldridge of Chattanooga and Trula Gatlin (Gale) of Cleveland. He is also survived by 23 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; 7 great-great grandchildren.
