He is survived by: his wife Elizabeth Johnson Rapier; his children, Steve, Robin Rapier of Chattanooga, TN and Carla Jones (Chris) of Dizney, KY; his grandchildren, Hannah Brown (Chris) and Ethan Jones; his great grandchild Kennedy Blake Brown; his siblings, Arlis Rapier (Betty) of Surgoinville, TN, Orville Rapier of Loudon, TN, Mary Coulter of Rockford, IL and Lena Rowland (Robert) of New Carlisle, OH; and his sister-in-law Vicky Rapier (Verda). He is also survived by nieces, nephews, other family and friends.
Visitation was held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 from 5:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Evarts Funeral Home (119 Bridge St, Evarts, KY 40828). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, November 23rd 2024 at 1:00 PM at the Chapel of the Evarts Funeral Home (119 Bridge St, Evarts, KY 40828).
