He is survived by: his wife Mary Nell Ellison Waters of Sweetwater; his children, Pam Roberts of Orlando, FL, Karen Trew (Allen) of Decatur, Glenda Cowgill (John) of Evensville, Michele Wates, Ricky Waters of Decatur, Brandon Waters of Sweetwater and Brian Harmon of Sweetwater; and his sisters, Deloris Roberts (Barney) of Ten Mile, Earlene Jackson of Brandon, FL and Nellie Garris (John) of Apopka, FL.. He is also survived by 12 grandchildren 17 great-grandchildren 3 great-great grandchildren.
