He was predeceased by: his parents, Frank Moser and Lorena Moser; his brother Tommy Nelson Moser; his siblings-in-law, Geneva "Cookie" Moser and Ronnie Gossett; his parents-in-law, Bob and Rosell Mullins; and his close friends, Clarence and Libby Hicks.
He is survived by: his wife Natalie Mullins Moser; his daughter Kelley Rhea; his son-in-law Charles Todd of Sweetwater; his sons, Cory Ray (Megan Moser) and Joshua Lynn Ray (Deadra Moser); his grandchildren, Courtney Hindman (Corey Young), Cheyenne Runnion, Damarian Taylor, Cora Anne, William Marshall, Lee Ellen Moser, Deacon Jarvis and Della June Moser; and his great grandchildren, Zoey, Zeke Frank, Emma, Dean Young, Blaine Long, Blair Roberts, Blake Mason, Emery Baker and Isla Johnson.
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Sweetwater Optimist Club, or the Sweetwater High School Quarterback Club.
