He is survived by: his children, Ford Austin Billingsley III of Baldwin Park, Angela Billingsley and Calif; and his grandchildren, Jaylah Monet Moering and Amya Marie Stith. He is also survived by Many cousins, great nieces, and great nephews and many, many friends.
