He was loved and cherished by many people including: his parents, Bill Monroe and Clera Mae Hall; his sister Lorene Biggs; his wife Joan B. Hall; his children, Mark (Nancy Hall), Dr. Marvin (Theresa Hall), Maurice (Mary Hall) and Martha Hall of Kingston; and his grandchildren, Jason, Deborah Caulder, Mitchell, Brittany Caulder, Luke, Keiryn Hall, Sarah Hall, Elaine, Daniel Herrera, Jonathan, Hannah Hall, Cpt. Andrew, Emily Hall, Matthew Hall, Dale Hall, Kiely Smith and Daniel Hall. He was also cherished by his children and grandchildren.
