He was predeceased by: his parents, Jessie Maude "Gault" Laurence and Eldridge Laurence Sr.; and his siblings, Joy Spragg Horsley, Fay Annette Bunner and Kenneth Laurence.
He is survived by: his wife Margaret "Peggy" Laurence; his sons, Richard Allen Laurence and Robert Aaron Laurence; his sister Helen Jane Clutter; and his grandchildren, Julia, Samantha, Sarah, Sam, Matt and Micheal.
A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, January 25th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 6:00 PM at the Fairview Baptist Tabernacle Church (112 Key Kile Rd, Sweetwater, TN 37874).
