He was predeceased by: his wife Cathy Tinnel; his sons, Earl Ray Tinnel III and Bryan Douglas Tinnel; and his parents, Earl Tinnel and Mildred Tinnel.
He is survived by: his daughter Patricia Grayson (Wayne); his granddaughters, Kayla Tinnel (Christopher Gulleson), Chloe Tinnel, Jade Sherlin and Hannah Lowe; and his great grandchild Candice McFayden.
A graveside service will be held on Friday, November 22nd 2024 at 2:00 PM at the Edgemon Cemetery (3030 Co Rd 532, Ten Mile, TN 37880).
