He was predeceased by: his grandparents, Jerry, Sue Vestal, John and Glenna Kennedy; and his father David Vestal.
He is survived by: his mother Carol Ann Kennedy Vestal; his sons, Tyler Vestal and David Carter Vestal (Breanna); his sisters, Julia Vestal Lee (Joe) and Laura Vestal Byrum (Eddie); and his brothers-in-law, Nelson Swainson (Gina), Joey Swainson (Teri), Randy Hicks (Jennifer) and Russell Hicks (Amy). He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
Memorials may be made to First Methodist Church or ACS Hope Lodge Nashville.
