He was predeceased by: his parents, Pauline Watkins and Charles Watkins; and his brothers, Doug Watkins and JP Dixon. He is survived by: his wife Linda Everett Watkins; his daughters, Charlene Galoski and Tammy Smith; his brothers, David Watkins (Nola) and Walt Slavin (Shirley); and his pet Tiny. He is also survived by five grandchildren, 9 great-grandchildren.
