He is survived by: his wife Donna L. Baker of Sweetwater, TN; his children, Richard L. Baker (Belinda) of Shepherd, TX, Joy E. Zweiner (Jay) of Sweetwater, TN, Charlotte J. Odum (Tim) of Holdenville, OK and James D. Baker (Michelle) of Knoxville, TN; and his siblings, Robert Baker of Houston, TX, Philip Baker of Pickerington, OH and Faith Hurst of Shelby, OH. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and 13 great grandchildren.
