He is survived by: his wife Lola Cassady of Sweetwater; his daughter Teresa; his son-in-law Kenny Mashburn of Sweetwater; his son Tim Cassady of Kentucky; his grandchildren, Steffanie, Lacey Mason and Ethan Cassady; and his great grandchildren, Cole, Cooper Speck, Callen Speck, Ace Mason and Addie Belle Mason.
