He was predeceased by: his parents, Ernest "Bus" Holt and Geraldine Holt; his brother Lee Roy; his sister-in-law Mary Ruth Holt; and his parents-in-law, Junior and Willie Brannon.
He is survived by: his wife Linda Holt; his children, Dennis Holt, Darrell (Julie Holt) and Callie; his son-in-law Craig Brackett; his grandchildren, Parker and Kinley Holt; and his siblings-in-law, Judy of Sweetwater and Julius Bruce of Sweetwater.
In lieu of flowers memorials maybe made to the First Methodist Church of Sweetwater, 501 Church St., Sweetwater, TN 37874.
