She is survived by: her sister Virginia Spurgeon; her husband Vance Bivens; her son Brian Bivens (Julie); her grandchild Dakota Sweat (Nora); her brothers, Roy Cooley and Terry Cooley; and her sister-in-law Carol Ann Akins (Mike).
