He is survived by: his brother Thomas Henry Pelfrey of Waddell; his wife Deborah Pelfrey (Givens); his children, Sherri Renee Gilmore (Pelfrey) and William Austin Pelfrey (Tisha Kirby) of Sparta, TN; his grandchildren, Nicholas Pelfrey, Harper Pelfrey and Liam Pelfrey; his brother John E. Pelfrey (Dawn) of Leavenworth Kansas; his nieces and nephews, Alexis, Jamie Pelfrey of Kansas, John Allen Pelfrey (Brittany) of Georgia, Michael Kellom and Joey Kellom of Florida; and his siblings-in-law, Greg Givens and Vonda Oran (Glen Oran).
Billy Clarence Pelfrey, 71 died in his home after a sudden decline in health due to a 12 year battle with Parkinson's Disease.
