The passing of Beatrice Duckett Pitcock of Sweetwater, Tennessee leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on June 18, 2024 at the age of 91. She was predeceased by: her husband Alden Grey Pitcock; her daughter Terry Berggren; her parents, Dallas Duckett and Lillian Duckett; her siblings, Dorothy Trew, Margaret Chessher, Ronald and Raymond Duckett; and her son-in-law James Bohannon.

She is survived by: her daughters, Diane Bohannon of Sweetwater and Tammy (David Smith); and her grandchildren, Randy (Tracy Shaw), Barbara (Wesley Rowland), Adela (Jason Lunsford), Andrew Smith and Amy (Matthew Gilman). She is also survived by several great-grandchildren, great-great-grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to the Smokey Mountain Children's Home, or the Hiwassee Church of God in her memory.
