She is survived by: her son Terry "Flea" Case of Memphis, TN; and her grandson Andrew Case. She is also survived by several great grandchildren; and nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers the family request that memorial donations be made to the Holston Valley Baptist Association in memory of Pauline Case's life and legacy.
