She is survived by: her grandchildren, Tanya Quillin (Justin), Michael Duncan, Jason Holt, Crystal Arnold (Josh) and Jessica Mullins; her great grandchildren, Lacey Duncan, Duncan Quillin, Jamison Duncan, Micah Duncan, Karaline Quillin, Maryssa Mullins, Hudson Mullins, Truett Arnold and Cohen Arnold; her siblings, Judy Slemp O'Dell, Jimmy Slemp, Ralph Slemp and Billy Slemp; and her niece Debbie Turner. She is also survived by many nieces, nephews, extended family members, and dear friends.
