He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard Addington and Lola Del Addington. He is survived by: his children, Lisa Barnett (Brian) and John L. Addington, Jr.; his grandchildren, Lacey Barnett and Charles Barnett; and his siblings, Polly McConnell (Barnett) and Paul Addington. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
