She was predeceased by: her husband James L. Penson; her sisters, Josephine and Frieda; and her parents, Millard and Myrtle.

She is survived by: her sons, Jim (Jo) and Josh (Shelly); her grandchildren, Skylar, Saige and Hannah; and her siblings, Roy, Manie, Gerald and Joyce.

She had suffered for 10 years with Alzheimer's disease.
