He was predeceased by: his parents, R. C. Jenkins and Elsie Jenkins; and his siblings, Charmazelle Mason, Robert Jenkins and Charles "Hap" Jenkins.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Jenkins; his children, Billy Jenkins (Rhonda), Lynn Jenkins (Vickie), Rhonda Gail Kendrick (Dale) and Donna Austin (Jeff); his grandchildren, Julie Jenkins, Miranda Jenkins (Greg Benge), Amanda Fletcher (Tyler), James Jenkins (Chandra Winegar), Jacob Austin and Parker Keller; and his siblings, Pat Dinsmore (Sam), Libby Reece, Irene Baxter and Albert "Tiny" Jenkins.
Everyone planning to attend the services are asked to wear a face covering and practice social distancing.
