She was predeceased by: her father Roger Hawkins; her grandparents, Bill Hawkins, Sue Lawson and Elder Bobby Williams; and her cousins, Ben Williams and Jason Christian.
She is survived by: her mother Sherry Hawkins; her husband Jon Hayes; her brother Corey Hawkins (Jamie); her nieces and nephews, Cameron and Erin Hawkins; her grandmother Juanita Williams; and her close friends, Ozzie and Sally. She is also survived by aunts, uncles, and cousins; and her special pet.
Visitation was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 1:00 PM at the Johnson - Arrowood Funeral Home (320 Grandview St, Church Hill, TN 37642). A funeral service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location. A graveside service was held on Saturday, April 19th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Mount Mitchell Cemetery (1078 Lloyds Chapel Rd, Mt Carmel, TN 37645).
