She was predeceased by: her son Jeffrey Cox; her parents, Homer Forbis and Elsie Forbis; and her siblings, Charlotte Kestner and Dennis Forbis.
She is survived by: her children, Julie Lawson (Jonathan), Jannetta Hensley (Edward), Ivan Cox (Rosa) and Donna Carter (Brandon); her grandchildren, Tiffany, Stephanie, Patrick, Adam, Ashley, Austin, Ivan, Dayna, Haley, Aimee and Hannah; her great grandchildren, Liliana, Kairi, Gracie, Kelsey and Ellis; and her brothers, James Forbis (Pat), Tommy Forbis (Sue) and Roger Forbis (Loretta). She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
