We are sad to announce that on August 8, 2021, at the age of 84, Gladys E. Dodson of Surgoinsville, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her former husband Ralph Dodson; her son Ralph E Dodson II; her parents, Earnest Nelson and Daisy Nelson; and her siblings, Louise Cole, Jean Tabor, John Nelson and William Nelson.
She is survived by: her husband Grocery; her daughters, Paula Patterson (Johnny) and Pam Dodson; her sister Georgia Fugarino; her grandchildren, Duran Patterson (Lindsey) and Dylan Patterson (Summer); her great grandchildren, Hunter, Raylan, Annika and Kenadee; and her close friends, Shawn Smith, Tammy Stacy and Armedia Estep. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks that you would make donations to Shriner's Children Hospital.
