He is survived by: his wife Joyce Church of Surgoinsville; his son David J. Church (Maria Ortiz Ildefonso) of Knoxville; and his siblings, Dana Pearson of Kingsport, Loretta Wolfe of Kingsport, Harold W. Wolfe (Frances) of Mount Carmel and Glenn Wolfe of Kingsport. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
