He is survived by: his brothers, James Clifford, Phillips Whittaker and Eris Whittaker; his grandmother Mary Phillips; his wife Sandy Phillips; his children, David Adkins (Missy), Jason Phillips (Amy) and Mary Beth Phillips; his grandchildren, Kyla, Lauryn, Autumn, Daderick, Ethan and Brayden; his great grandchild Blake; and his sister May Swafford.
