She was predeceased by: her husband Leroy Freels; her sons, Michael Freels and Tony Freels; and her parents, Mae Gunter and Wilburn Gunter.
She is survived by: her daughter Lisa Anne Freels Hooks (Matt); her grandsons, Matthew Landon Bunch of Sunbright, Markkus Lee-Anthony Bunch of Sunbright, Isaiah Matthew Hooks of Wartburg, Peyton Tyler Hooks of Wartburg, Elijah Hunter Hooks of Wartburg and Michael Lynn Bunch of Joyner; her brother Buster (Derita Gunter) of Helenwood; her aunt Mable Huckaby of Chatsworth, GA; her sister-in-law June Freels Redmon (Don) of Wartburg; her niece Rhonda Wedemeyer (Steve) of Farragut; and her nephews, Lynn Redmon (Diane) and Johnny Redmon of Wartburg. She is also survived by great-great nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
