He was predeceased by: his parents, Andrew Clay Starr and Lila Louise Stroud Starr; his son Billy Mae Matthews Starr; and his sister Janet Lugene Starr. He is survived by: his family Andy; his wife Kathleen "Kathy" Starr; his children, Andrew Clay Starr III (Angie), Dana Starr Brown (Tom), Bill Reeder (Yvette) and Carla Cooper; and his siblings, Annetta Waller (Charles), David Starr (Karen) and Max Starr (Cindy). He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
