He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Pierce and Christine Corter Pierce; and his sisters, Ida Mae Johnson, Linda Barker and Betty Bolton.
He is survived by: his siblings, Nancy Pierce of Summertown, TN, Charlotte Glass of Summertown, TN, Barbara Fuller of Mt. Pleasant, Charles Pierce of Summertown, TN and Alton Pierce (Mary) of Summertown, TN; his close friends, Faith, Jennifer and Linda; and his pet Shadow. He is also survived by 14 nieces and nephews.
