He is survived by: his wife Wendy McMasters; his children, Joseph Bivens (Laken Arnett) of Summertown and Shelbi Mayfield (Travis) of Lawrenceburg; his sister Patricia Keeton (Terry) of Summertown; and his sisters-in-law, Dawn Frazier (Randy) and Pam Cox (David). He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
