He was predeceased by: his parents, Paulie Belew and Bessie Belew (Ketchum); and his siblings, Paula Willoughby (Scootie), Marie Brewer and Billy Belew.
He is survived by: his wife Edna Belew (Gobble) of Summertown; his children, Ricky Belew (June) of Summertown, Cindy Smith (Dub) of Lawrenceburg and Patty Franks (Scott) of Summertown; his siblings, Shirley Berry, Peggy Belew, Sondra Phillips, Clarence, Raymond, Pete and Ike Belew; and his grandchildren, Walt Smith (Amy), Katie Busby (Jason), Cory Franks (Taryn), Emily Franks, Neylan Franks, Dylan Belew and Dalton Belew. He is also survived by 3 children, 7 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren.
Family suggests memorials be made to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital.
