It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Marty Mashburn of Summertown, Tennessee, who passed away on February 4, 2025, at the age of 38, leaving to mourn family and friends. Though Marty may no longer walk beside us, his memory will forever be enshrined in the fabric of the lives of those Marty touched, a beacon of light guiding us through the darkness. In his absence, his spirit lives on — a gentle whisper in the breeze, a ray of sunlight on a cloudy day, a reminder that love knows no boundaries.
He is survived by: his parents, Larry Eugene Mashburn and Cynthia Benefield Mashburn; his children, Acelin Mashburn and Anndilynn Mashburn; his sister Amanda Clair Mashburn; and his aunts, Judy Luna and Sheila Daily.
Visitation was held on Thursday, February 13th 2025 from 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Heritage Funeral Home (609 Bear Creek Pike, Columbia, TN 38401).
