He is survived by: his wife Janet Phillips Clayton of Summertown, TN; his sisters, Sandy Goad of Nashville, TN, Lynn Pierce of Nashville, TN and Debbie Oaks of Chicago, IL; and his uncles, Wayne Clayton of Lawrenceburg, TN and Bob Clayton. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
