He is survived by: his daughter Mackenzie Hay (Cole Owens); his wife Sherry Hay; his mother Laurie Foster Greene (Tim); his siblings, Lora Cates (Jimmy), Lazer Turner (Mason), David and Eric Thurman; his brothers-in-law, Steve Mangrum (Amy), Mike Tucker (Katie) and Phillip Tucker (Charity); his uncle Howard "Charly" Foster Jr. (Heather); his aunt Elizabeth Wix (Antone); and his parents-in-law, Wayne and Martha Tucker.
