He was predeceased by: his father Austin Ashworth. He is survived by: his son Phillip Ashworth (Jennifer) of Harvest, AL; his mother Helen Foster Ashworth of Summertown, TN; his sister Tonya Roper (Talmadge) of Summertown, TN; and his grandchildren, Olivia Ashworth and Liam Ashworth. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
