He was predeceased by: his parents, William Clark and Mandy Creekmore Clark; his former wife Sue Clark; his sons, Terry Clark and Joseph Clark; his stepchildren, Nancy Workman and Bill Hull; and his stepgrandchildren, Travis Burlison and Charity Webb.
He is survived by: his wife Annie Marie Clark of Summertown; his children, Brenda Butler (Johnny) and Gary Clark (Jan); his stepchildren, Vickey Sonnier (Norman), Brenda King, Homer Hull (Carol), Lawrence Hull (Debbie) and Danny Ray Hull (Lisa); and his sister Betty Cox of Lawrenceburg, TN. He is also survived by 3 Grandchildren 5 Great-Grandchildren 23 Step-Grandchildren 40 Step-Great-Grandchildren 12 Step-Great-Great-Grandchildren Several Nieces, Nephews, and Cousins.
