He was predeceased by: his parents, Ewin Pack and Sally Smithson Pack. He is survived by: his children, Lenny Pack (Donna) and Dowann Pack of Brentwood; his stepson Keith Pack (Tasha); and his grandchildren, Kevin Pack of Ethridge, Emily Pack, David Pack, Katherine Pack and Dillion Jacobs. He is also survived by two brothers; and one sister.
