We are sad to announce that on March 20, 2025, at the age of 74, Helen Cagle Prueitt of Sugar Tree, Tennessee passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
In the vast expanse of eternity, Helen Cagle shall find rest, cradled in the arms of everlasting peace. And as we bid Helen Cagle farewell, her loved ones carry with them the precious gift of her memory, a beacon of hope guiding them through the shadows of sorrow towards the light of a new dawn.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Paul Cagle and Louise Howell Cagle; her husband Benny Ray Prueitt; and her brothers, Bill Cagle and Jerry Cagle.
She is survived by: her children, Paul Ray Prueitt of Decaturville, TN. and Anita Gail Prueitt of Sugar Tree, TN.; her sister-in-law Mary Sue Prueitt of Sugar; her siblings, Dave Cagle (Kildee) of Parsons, TN. and Josie Malin of Holladay, TN.; and her grandchildren, Jessie Prueitt (Darbi) and Joseph Prueitt (Colleen).
Visitation was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 1:30 PM at the Oakdale Funeral Home - Decatur County (2544 Tennessee Ave N, Parsons, TN 38363). A graveside service was held on Tuesday, March 25th 2025 at 2:00 PM at the Bawcum Cemetery.
