She is survived by: her children, Libby Hale, Rick Nipper (Amy) and James Ray Nipper; her grandchildren, Jacquelyn, Wyatt Nipper, Billie Nipper and Sarah Stalans; her great grandchildren, Dallas Stalans and Oliver Furst; and her siblings, Wanda Garner, Nina Thomas and Steve Fowler (Cathy).
